A minimum two-night stay applies to all bookings. On the Australia Day, June and October Long Weekends; Easter, Anzac Day, New Year’s Eve and Public Holidays a three-night minimum applies.
The maximum number of guests is Two (2) adults per pavilion.
A deposit of 50% of the accommodation tariff is required to confirm bookings. Until this has been received no booking is guaranteed.
The balance owing (including any additional extras) will be charged to your credit card seven (7) days prior to your booking arrival date.
Once the name(s) of a booking is confirmed the booking cannot be transferred to another party without the consent of Wild Edge Retreat.
The Retreat is strictly for adult couples (or singles) only. No Children or Pets are permitted at the Retreat. Guests arriving with children or pets will not be permitted to use the Retreat and will forfeit any monies paid.
Unless prior permission is given by Management, Guests are not permitted to invite anyone onto the property, this includes family, friends or service providers such as caterers or massage therapists. Any third persons who attempt to enter the property will not be admitted. Guests arriving or re-entering the Retreat with any additional persons will not be permitted to use the Retreat and will forfeit any monies paid.
In the event of damage to fixtures or property loss, we reserve the right to charge the credit card of the person making the booking to cover the cost of repairs or replacement. We also reserve the right to engage a third party to recover funds owing on our behalf.
Generous Daily Breakfast Provisions are provided to your Pavilion. Vegetarian, Gluten Free and Halal options are available. Please advise any dietary requirements when making booking.

Weekday Arrivals between 8pm and 10pm incur a $50 surcharge,
Weekend Arrivals between 8pm and 9pm incur a $100 surcharge,
Weekday Arrivals between 10pm and 12 midnight incur a $100 surcharge
Weekend Arrivals between 9pm and 12 midnight incur a $200 surcharge

Cancellation Policy:
A fee of $100.00 will apply to any booking where it is either cancelled, or the dates of the booking are amended within any period over 30 days prior to arrival.
For bookings cancelled between 15-30 days, 50% of the total cost will be charged. A $100 administrative fee will apply in lieu of the 50% charge if the Pavilion is able to be re-booked.
For bookings cancelled or dates changed between 0 and 14 days, there will be a 100% charge of the total booking if that booking cannot be re-filled. The $100 fee will still apply to cancellations or changes to the booking when the Pavilion is able to be re-booked.
Any Platters, Massages or Extras cancelled within 7 days of arrival date will incur a 100% charge of the total amount of extras owing. No refunds will be given for extras cancelled within 7 days of arrival date.
In the case of a ‘no show’, 100% of the accommodation tariff will be charged to your credit card.
By booking your accommodation with Wild Edge Retreat, means you accept our terms and conditions and cancellation policy. The credit card details provided when booking will be held as guarantee of your booking.
